We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. We may use this information to tell you about changes to our website and any necessary changes to any Posture Physio services that you need to know about.

We will make clinical notes during our Physiotherapy sessions to record our practise and aid our on-going sessions. We will record risk assessments and treatment and care advice provided as a medical record. These are strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other party. Should you wish for us to share information in the form of a referral to your GP or any other healthcare professional or insurer, we will only do so with your consent. Our medical documents are kept, by law, securely for 7 years, then will also be destroyed in a confidential manner.
From 2026, we are using a practise management software for digital notation called Cliniko, see www.cliniko.com. The site is designed for health care professionals where clinical information can be stored with compliance to GDPR.
